For your convenience Oak is holding Athletic Physicals, Dr Hambrick will be on campus May 12, from 3:50-5:45 pm in the Nurse's Office. Physicals are by appointment only so please call Oak Hills Athletics to schedule your appointment ($20 Cash and a signed physical form is required). Very limited space is available.
ALL ATHLETES NEED NEW PHYSICALS for the 2022-23 SCHOOL Year! There will be no exceptions to this rule.
